The food at Gården reflects where we are, and changes throughout the year to mirror the seasons. We work with locally sourced ingredients as far as possible, from around Gothenburg, our archipelago and Bohuslän. When nature allows, we also forage ingredients from our surroundings. We strive to prepare dishes that will make our guests connect with our region and our methods of cooking.


The coffee at Gården is sourced from Koppi Coffee Roasters in Helsingborg. Anne and Charles at Koppi travel the world all year to make sure they can provide the coffee that is best for that period of time, working with the seasons and passionate coffee farmers. After the beans are brought home, they are skillfully roasted and taken care of.


All our wines are natural wines. This means that the winemaker interferes as little as possible with the process of making the wine - from soil to finished product. No pesticides are used on the plants, nothing is added to the wine. Simply put, it is naturally fermented grape juice without additives.


We work with producers and farmers that we care about, that we know are as passionate about what they do as we are. We strive to cook natural food from the region we are in, using ingredients at the peak of their time. Our menu can change whenever, it all depends on what products and ingredients are best for the time being, and what we feel like serving.
